Air ticket quotation

The Tourism Council of Bhutan would like to invite sealed quotation from ticketing agents for issuing of tickets (full economy) for the following sector for 3 (three) officials:

7th February 2010: Paro-Delhi/Bangkok-Berlin

16th February 2010: Berlin-Delhi/Bangkok-Paro

The quotation should be submitted to the HR Focal Person on or before 1st Feb. 2010 at 2PM and it will be opened on the same day at 3PM.

Note: The ticketing agents are requested to submit the rates for the above sectors and the details regarding the night halt and hotel arrangements will be informed with the name of the officials travelling at the time of booking the ticket.
