Discover Bhutan Magazine Launched

May 15, 2008 | “Discover Bhutan” Magazine is a bi-annual magazine published by ABTO in conjunction with Rabsell Media Services. “Discover Bhutan” is an all – in – one travel magazine offering insights and inspirations about Bhutan. The magazine showcases in-depth travel articles, features on destinations, specialist subjects, regular columns from industry experts, write up on new tourism packages and products and many more. The magazine features wide range of topics from politics and heritage to Buddhism and environment, which will be a regular feature.

ABTO’s main aim was to make the magazine a guiding light for their members and more importantly to provide the industry stakeholders a platform to highlight their perspectives. Their contributors are drawn from some of the best writers and photographer which includes a teacher, a consultant, a biologist, tour operators, tour guides and a tourism advisor. Three thousand copies of this edition are available in selected outlets in Thimphu at Nu. 100.00 Per magazine. The second issue is due in September this year
