Fusion cooking training

March 5, 2008 | A Bhutanese Fusion Cooking Training was organized for 11 participants by the Training Unit of the TCB in Hotel Pedling from 11th January – 27th February, 2008. The training was conducted in two parts by two instructors – Bhutanese Chef Trainer, Mr. Jigme and international Chef Trainer Mr. Arun.

At the end of the training, the officials from the TCB with a few selected guests were invited to taste the sample of the fusion cooking by the trainees for feedback and approval.
