Inviting Air ticket quotation

As advertised in Kuensel and Bhutan Today dated 15th January, 2010, the Tourism Council of Bhutan would like to invite sealed quotation from ticketing agents for issuing of tickets (full economy) for the following sector for 3 (three) officials:

1st, 2nd or 3rd February 2010: Paro-Delhi/Kolkata-Mumbai

10th or 11th February 2010: Mumbai-Delhi/Kolkata-Paro

The quotation should be submitted to the HR Focal Person on or before 22nd Jan. 2010 at 2PM and it will be opened on the same day at 3PM.

Note: The ticketing agents are requested to submit the rates for the above sectors and the details regarding the night halt and hotel arrangements will be informed with the name of the officials travelling at the time of booking the ticket.

Corrigendum: With reference to announcement in Kuensel and Bhutan Times, dated 15 Jan 2010, the date of submission of air ticket quotation is on 22nd Jan 2010.
