Cancellation of approved visa

Tourism Council of Bhutan (TCB) has been facing the situation, where the Tour Operators cancel the approved visa via online cancellation process and re-submit it as a separate new visa application. By this procedure, double visa fee will be deducted for the same individual as the system automatically calculates visa fees for every new application and TCB will not be able to facilitate the refund.

In order to avoid the unfavorable situation, we advise you to use edit option available with the approved visa application and re-submit the same approved application.
