Notice Inviting Tender for Office Supplies

The Tourism Council of Bhutan & Royal Institute for Tourism & Hospitality would like to invite sealed bid from eligible firms for the fiscal year 2016-2017 for the following:-

1. Stationeries/Consumable items 
2. Electrical and Hardware items
3. Maintenance of Vehicle and spare parts/tyres
4. Printing
5. Designing
6. Catering Services
7. AMC for office equipment
8. Hiring of Hiace bus/ H1/ Coaster bus.

The above tender documents can be purchased from the Administration & Procurement, TCB on payment of Nu 500/- per tender documents (Non refundable) each w.e.f 16th May – 16th June 2016. The last date for submission of sealed quotation is on or before 10AM on 16th June , 2016.

The tender will be opened at 10:30AM on the same day in the TCB conference hall ‘B’.
