NOTICE INVITING TENDER for supply of trekking equipment

The Tourism Council of Bhutan, Thimphu would like to invite sealed quotation from eligible suppliers for supply of trekking equipment. The items are as follows:

1. Sleeping bag
2. Sleeping mat
3. Rug sack
4. Rain gear
5. Trekking pants
6. Trekking Jackets
7. Magnum boots 

The above tender documents can be purchased from the Administration and Finance Division, TCB on payment of Nu 200/- per tender document (Non refundable) each w.e.f 25th August – 22nd September 2014. The last date for submission of sealed quotation is on or before 12pm, 22nd September 2014. The tender documents will be opened at 2pm on the same day in the TCB conference hall ‘B’.
