NOTIFICATION ON ILLEGAL TOURIST ACCOMMODATION

It has come to the notice of TCB that residential properties (buildings, apartments, and bungalows) are being operated illegally as tourist accommodation. In this regard, TCB would like to notify that any properties catering to tourists must be licensed. Non-compliance with this notification will be dealt as per the prevailing laws and regulations of the Kingdom.

While TCB is working on the revision of classification and certification for tourist accommodation, the existing classification and certification will continue to apply.
