Highlight of the Trip
Kurtoe Singye Dzong is one of the sacred places visited by Guru Rinpoche in the history of Bhutan. Singye Dzong is located at an altitude of more than 3,000 meters above sea level. It is a three-day walk uphill from Lhuentse in Eastern Bhutan. As per Singye Dzong history, it’s said that there are eight more Dzongs like Gawa, Dzong Tsemo Dzong, Rinchen Dzong, Duelwa Dzong, Namkha Dzong, Dorji Dzong and Pema Dzong. Detail Itinerary
- Day 1 : Thimphu to Bumthang. Overnight in Hotel.
- Day 2 : Bumthang to Khoma, Overnight in Farm house in Khoma.
- Day 3 : Khoma to Tsekang ( 7- 8 hours Walk ). Overnight in Camp.
- Day 4 : Tsekang to Thangkarmo ( 5-6 hours walk ). Overnight in Camp.
- Day 5 : Thangkarmo to Singye Dzong ( 5-6 hours walk.). Overnight in Camp.
- Day 6 : Day excursion to Tshokar & Tshonag ( 5-6 hours Walk ) Overnight in Camp.
- Day 7 : Day excursion to Terdha Lhatsho (3-4 hours walk ) Overnight in Camp.
- Day 8 : Singye Dzong to Roelmateng ( 3-4 hours walk ). Overnight in Camp.
- Day 9 : Day excursion to Phugmachen and Sharcho Pelri Phug. Overnight in Camp at Roelmateng
